NudgeIt keeps the legal and support pages in the same product system as the homepage: simple, direct, and easy to scan.

By accessing or using NudgeIt, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the service.
2. About NudgeIt
NudgeIt is a WhatsApp-based price tracking service that allows users to send supported product links and receive price alerts when tracked prices change.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise capable of entering into a legally binding arrangement under applicable law, to use NudgeIt.
4. Permitted Use
You agree to use NudgeIt only for lawful and personal purposes and not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
5. Product Links and Alerts
NudgeIt attempts to monitor supported product links and notify users when tracked prices change. We do not guarantee that every product will be trackable or that every alert will be delivered in real time.
6. Third-Party Platforms
NudgeIt may rely on third-party services including WhatsApp, Meta, analytics providers, and future payment providers. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes on third-party services.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NudgeIt shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business-related losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may revise the effective date and publish the updated version on this page.
